10 Lives of Samantha West: Thunder Woman

Samantha West is many things in her life. She has to be to support herself and pursue her personal dreams. And sometimes, she has to be one of those things because it's part of the job, or because life demands it.

So here we are, with the 10 Lives of Samantha West, a series based around the different outfits she wears, and the roles or activities they represent.

First, Thunder Woman. Getting the obvious one out of the way here.

One notable attribute is that when Samantha becomes Thunder Woman, she gains several inches of height and some extra pounds of muscle mass, not to mention a more sculpted figure and certain "enhancements." This has led to an interesting juncture in her life, in that sometimes its hard for Samantha not to think of Thunder Woman as a different person altogether. Thunder Woman is cool, sexy, super confident, professional. Samantha...well, her life doesn't suck like Peter Parker's but when she looks at herself as Thunder Woman, she can't help but feel...deflated a little. This is a constant struggle, and were it not for the forces constantly assailing her life, Samantha would likely not remain Thunder Woman. She's just not a superhero at heart.

But then she transforms and well, it's a rush for her. A high like no other drug. And then she wonders why she would ever stop *being* Thunder Woman, even with all the logistical issues.

So goes life for Samantha, swinging back and forth between being ready to quit, and struggling to never stop.
